Position: Rooftop Bar – Seasonal Server/Bartender
About: Drury Hotels, located at 828 Paseo de Peralta in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a Barback/Bartender for a seasonal position from May to October. Join a team that values integrity, service, and hospitality, offering a dynamic work environment.
Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older; One year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required, completion of two years of college preferred; Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications; Proficient in English language for written and verbal communication; Skilled in mixing and serving a variety of drinks in a fast-paced setting; Capable of handling transactions, operating office machines, and kitchen equipment; Strong customer service skills and professionalism in dealing with guests and team members; Able to manage bar opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory, and provide excellent service at all times.
