Position: Robotic Process Automation Consultant
About: Our client is seeking an RPA Analyst to manage highly complex IT programs and drive a successful RPA program for residential customer care agents.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; 2+ years of RPA leadership and operations experience (UiPath required); RPA architecture and platform understanding; RPA access change and release management; experience in IT Operations, User Management, and Support with ServiceNow; strong communication skills; ability to create and manage project plans in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet; understanding of the criticality of running automations in a 24×7 operation; ITIL Foundations or advanced certifications preferred
