Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas; Graduate of a recognized RNFA program; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred or will obtain within 6 months of employment and will maintain throughout employment; Current ACLS certification upon hire and maintain certification throughout employment; Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain certification throughout employment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Demonstrated leadership skills; Participation in continuing education programs; Maintaining ongoing certification as a CRNFA, if applicable
