Position: RN MDS Coordinator

Requirements: NYS licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience; detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional; excellent communication skills; solid computer skills required; working knowledge of MDS and PPS process; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to meet deadlines; ability to work scheduled hours
