Requirements: Education Required: Associates degree; Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Work Experience Required: 7 years of related healthcare experience including 2 years of supervision or management experience; Certifications Required: Current RN License in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association; Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of nursing practice and exceptional leadership skills, good organizational and time management skills, and strong leadership skills
