Position: RN Manager – Case Management, Inpatient

The facility, Sanford Med Ctr Fargo, is located in Fargo, ND at 5225 23rd Ave S. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week during day shifts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field required; minimum of three years clinical practice experience; at least two years of case manager/care coordination experience; must have at least two years of demonstrated leadership experience; current unencumbered license in the state of practice (RN or SW) or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state; must obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) within 12 months of hire; desirable to obtain Case Management Certification (CCM) or similar within two years of hire; depending on state of practice, must hold required social work license as outlined in the job description.
