Position: RN/LPN Wellness Nurse Manager $5k Sign on Bonus 7p-7a $37/hr (Full Time)

Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment; thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations; comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law; knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents; experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents is preferred, but not required; experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred, but not required; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents; positive and energetic attitude; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers; ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall; criminal clearance
