Position: RN INPATIENT SUPERVISOR – DAYS
About: A healthcare facility on the 4th Floor InPatient department seeking a Registered Nurse to work under the general nursing process, assign nursing care, and provide clinical leadership to staff. The role involves ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental policies, supervising staff, and delivering quality patient care across different age groups.
Requirements: Education: Program Graduate; Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred); Experience: 2 years directly related experience; Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo (Preferred); Credentials: CPR for Healthcare/BLS Certification within 30 days, RN license in NM or reciprocal agreement; Physical Conditions: Heavy Work; Working conditions: Exposure to chemicals and biohazardous materials requiring Personal Protective Equipment; Subject to annual contract and performance appraisal.
