Position: RN INPATIENT SUPERVISOR
About: This position is in the Emergency Room department at SRMC, offering a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and various shift differentials. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment at the hospital. Patient care assignments may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
Requirements: Education: Program Graduate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: 2 years directly related experience. Credentials: CPR for Healthcare/BLS required; RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM. Physical Conditions: Heavy Work. Working conditions include exposure to chemicals and biohazardous materials requiring PPE. Subject to an annual contract and performance appraisal.
