Position: RN/ ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER (RN3) – MEDICAL ONCOLOGY ICU NIGHTS
About: UW Medical Center – Montlake, an acute care academic medical center in Seattle, is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse 3) to join the Medical Oncology ICU team. The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, staff training and management, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe patient care practices.
Requirements: 2 years of current or ICU nursing experience; Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience; Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington; BLS certification
