Position: RN Assistant Nurse Manager PCU Bone Marrow Transplant Unit
About: AdventHealth Orlando is looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join their team on the Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) in Orlando, FL. The BMTU is a 32-bed progressive care inpatient unit dedicated to caring for patients undergoing treatment for leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood dyscrasias. The program is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) for both stem cell transplant and immune effector cells, showcasing a commitment to excellence in cellular therapy. Nurses on this unit have the opportunity to collaborate with various healthcare professionals and participate in cutting-edge treatments for patients with complex medical needs.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing; Specific experience as delineated by the unit of employment; Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements; EKG competency
