Position: Customer Service Data Entry Specialist
About: Our company, RKI Instruments, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team as a Data Entry Specialist.
Requirements:
Enter and update customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Address data discrepancies in collaboration with the customer service team.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Support process improvements and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of gas detection or related industries is a plus.
