Position: Front Desk Agent

About: Riviere South Beach Hotel is a boutique hotel with 21 rooms dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming
atmosphere to our guests. We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first
point of contact for our guests.

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software (training available).
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
