Position: RIVER ROCK PIZZA COOK
About: Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production of menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Responsible for all types of cooking functions required for the preparation of specialty menu items for multiple outlets.
Requirements: 1 year of previous experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant; Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant preferred; Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines; Previous experience working in a team or group environment; Must be at least 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Proven experience providing a high level of guest service; Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system; Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal; Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company; Verify right to work in the United States
