Position: RIVER ROCK COOK
About: Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production of menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum two years previous experience performing same or similar job duties; Previous experience working all stations of a line; Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced environment; Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations quickly; Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal; High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational training preferred; At least 21 years of age; Must be willing to cook for a tasting as part of the selection process; Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company; Verify right to work in the United States
