Position: Revenue Manager
About: This position will be responsible for leading the development, analysis, and execution of revenue management strategies and tactics to maximize overall profitability across the Food & Beverage, Retail, and Rentals departments. The role reports to the General Manager and entails key responsibilities in revenue strategy development, operations and inventory management, staffing and team leadership, financial reporting and analytics, compliance and systems management, as well as marketing and events coordination. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Experience with Microsoft, Scheduling Software, Point of Sale and Inventory Systems; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment; ability to positively influence and lead in a team environment; ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision; ability to develop and maintain positive service-oriented relationships with the Seasonal/Full-time team as well as the corporate team; must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Permit, Food Manager’s Certification, and Alcohol Service License.
