Position: Retention Representative (Onsite)

The position is part of the award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team located at 3 ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ. The team successfully drives existing and future customer decision-making by selling the value of EchoStar’s products and services using a consultative approach. This role involves 100% inbound new and existing customers – no cold calling.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ability to work full-time on-site; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays; smartphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment screening
