Position: Retail Supervisor In Training
About: UNIQLO Bay Street is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor In Training for the Bay Street location in Emeryville, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor in Training is responsible for ensuring all Sales Associates exceed customer expectations and helping to train, oversee, and develop the team on store standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages; Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.
