Position: Retail Supervisor
About: Rail Events Productions (REP) is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee all event retail production aspects in coordination with the AHR Retail Manager and the local Front of House & Business Manager. This role involves managing on-site communication with vendors, railroad staff, event employees, and passengers with a focus on maintaining a professional and efficient retail environment.
Requirements: Non-exempt hourly position; Seasonal employee classification; At least 2 years of retail sales or other applicable experience strongly preferred; Prior experience with point-of-sales systems a plus; Ability to problem solve in real-time; Strong communication and leadership skills; Physically capable of lifting heavy objects
