Position: Retail Store Manager – Relocation Available
About: Spectrum, a telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to lead its team in providing exceptional customer service and support for its wide range of services including Spectrum Internet, mobile, TV, and voice across 41 states in the U.S.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience; experience working in a retail store environment; intermediate knowledge of software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle; ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for prolonged periods; flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; 1+ years of management experience preferred; 1-3 years of experience in the telecommunications/wireless industry preferred
