Requirements: High school diploma required; 3-5 years of training, sales, account management or related experience and 2+ years of retail management experience required; Specialty retail management experience required; Proven record as a leader and store manager; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; High level of business acumen; Proven ability to train and develop subordinates; Flexibility to work weekends and travel when required; Proven self-starter; Ability to incent and drive sales representatives to perform and deliver client expectations; Must be proficient in all MS Office suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
