Position: Retail Sales Associate/Cashier
About: Paradies Lagardere, a retail company, is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold its Mission Statement by providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. The Sales Associate will contribute to a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly retail environment.
Requirements: Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting; Demonstrated ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer; Put the customer first at all times; Provide personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations; Resolve customer service issues and escalate as required; Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards; Conduct customer transactions efficiently and accurately; Complete required process controls; Follow company policies and procedures; Comply with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs; High school diploma or equivalency required; Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred; Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment; Excellent communication skills in English; Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics; Ability to pass background checks and federal requirements; Willingness to perform various physical tasks and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
