Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 18 years or older; 1-2 years of merchandising experience; experience leading and training people; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; reliable transportation; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work recording; self-motivated with strong team-building and safety-first mentality; ability to work independently and in a retail environment
