Position: Retail General Manager
About: Pressed Juicery, a leading wellness company, is seeking a Retail General Manager for their Town Square store. Pressed Juicery operates over 100 retail stores, is available in nearly 3,000 supermarkets, and offers delivery services nationwide through their website and app. The company is dedicated to empowering wellness journeys and providing convenient and delicious healthy options to their customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of work experience as a Store Manager of a retail store or restaurant, managing a team of at least 15 team members; interest in health and wellness; ability to build guest relationships and deliver exceptional service; ability to adapt and embrace change; sound judgment in decision-making and conflict resolution; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in sales principles, KPI deliverables, and guest service practices; Food Handler Card or applicable state-specific requirement; proven track record of managing a Profit and Loss statement; basic knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
