Position: Retail Cosmetics Sales Beauty Advisor – MAC, Eugene Valley River Center – Part Time
About: Macy’s, a renowned American retail company with a rich history of over 160 years, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cosmetic Sales colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to join their team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing the Beauty needs of customers and driving sales by providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service in the beauty department.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required; previous cosmetic or fragrance sales experience is a plus; ability to communicate effectively with customers virtually, by phone, and in person; strong organizational skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in using point of sale technology; continuous learning mindset to stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; passion for the beauty industry and commitment to outstanding customer care
