Requirements: Experience operating within a customer service role or environment; Effective selling skills and driving commercial outcomes; Ability to introduce Aesop products through hand demonstrations; History of contributing to a team; Utilization of empathy for positive interactions; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Availability for at least 3 full days, including weekends; Knowledge of skin care, hair care, body care, fragrance categories; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
