Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of specialty retail store experience; proven ability to achieve sales goals; competitive drive and confidence in a commission-based setting; strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand all day, handle materials, and set up displays
