Position: Retail Assistant Manager

About: FedEx Office is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead a business unit focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. The role involves supervising team members, overseeing business operations, and managing production, retail, pick-up and delivery processes. The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining a customer-focused environment and ensuring efficient store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education; 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred
