Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Canes advanced crew experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively; problem-solving abilities with goal-setting and execution skills; flexible availability for shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary; completion of all required Raising Canes company training programs; must be 18 years of age or older
