About: Whataburger is currently seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to join their team in Lawton, Oklahoma. The Restaurant Team Leader plays a key role in managing daily operations, supervising a team to ensure customer service, quality operations, food safety and health code compliance, and inventory management. They are responsible for maintaining efficiency in food preparation and delivery, training team members to uphold restaurant quality standards, ensuring robust communication between management and team members, supporting financial management, and monitoring inventory levels and cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience; Food Handlers Certification
