Requirements: 2 or more years of experience as a Sous Chef; 2 or more years’ hands-on experience in an Omakase and Japanese cuisine kitchen; Managerial/supervisory experience including interviewing, selection, disciplinary action, and team supervision; Experience in food service profit and loss management; 5 or more years of total culinary experience; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts; Diverse culinary experience across various food types and cultures.
