Position: Restaurant Supervisor – Red Rock Grill
About: Zion Lodge is a welcoming, safe, and environmentally responsible resort located inside Zion National Park which provides accommodations and services. It is part of the POWDR adventure lifestyle company portfolio, which includes various mountain resorts like Copper Mountain, Boreal Mountain Resort, Snowbird, and others. Zion Lodge is undergoing upgrades to rejuvenate accommodations and dining, along with sustainability initiatives. The Restaurant Supervisor position at Zion Lodge oversees front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent customer service and effective team management in collaboration with the Kitchen Supervisor and Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting required; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask and oversee both FOH and BOH operations; TIPS and ServSafe certification required; flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
