About: Assist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations, responsible for complete restaurant operation in the absence of the manager. Key responsibilities include monitoring servers and busperson adherence to service standards, supervising service of guests, establishing and monitoring side work duty completion, maintaining bank standards, overseeing staff in cash handling positions, and communicating daily with restaurant manager regarding special events and house counts.
Requirements: Must have the ability to communicate in English; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to use a point of sale system; ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds; ability to push and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
