Position: Restaurant Supervisor
About: Position Summary: The supervisor’s position at The Biltmore requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, complete paperwork, and maintain high standards of service. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with The Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP’S).
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma is required; Associate’s Degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant is required. Skills: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English; compute accurate mathematical calculations; provide clear communication and directions; prioritize tasks; work well under pressure; work as part of a team; maintain confidentiality; use a computer and possess basic typing skills; adapt to changing environments; multitask effectively. Physical Demands: Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds; stand, sit, walk for extended periods; reach, bend, twist; use office equipment; communicate verbally and visually; work in moderate temperature conditions. Licenses or Certifications: Must complete Safe Serve Alcohol Vending Course.
