Position: Restaurant Supervisor
About: Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is looking to hire friendly faces who show hospitality and great customer service. Supervisors have a dual role – serving as both a restaurant leader and a Team Member, working closely with the restaurant managers to ensure all operating procedures are followed, and assisting with training and supervising Team Members to create The Freddy’s Experience for each guest.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; able to work varying shifts; 1+ year of restaurant experience or hospitality industry; desire to lead by example and work in a team environment; natural leadership skills; effective communication skills; willingness to learn new skills; successfully complete a background check and drug screen
