Position: Restaurant Supervisor
About: Lawrence’s Fish and Shrimp is currently seeking career-minded individuals for a Shift Supervisor opportunity. The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the restaurant team to ensure the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in a friendly and personalized environment with great food.
Requirements: Ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation; minimum 18 years of age; high school education or equivalent; 1 year management experience; 1 year restaurant experience; must be a patient and high-energy individual with the ability to proactively plan and adapt to maximize sales and profitability; able to use technology for registers, phones, and tablets; must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time; able to stay on feet for over 8 hours; must be a team player and cooperate with others; willingness and desire to be trained; demonstrate proficiency through standardized evaluation and testing; available to work any day of the week; must pass a background check and have no illegal drug use; Lawrence’s performs background checks and considers violent or theft-related charges when hiring
