Position: Restaurant Supervisor
About: Oversees all a la carte Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant, room service, and lounge at a hotel, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. The position involves managing staff, controlling customer flow, maximizing sales opportunities, and upholding brand standards and customer service levels in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; thorough knowledge of Food outlet operations, including supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction; familiarity with State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations; current Food Handler Card; ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods; basic knowledge of English language for customer communication; physical ability to transport up to 30 lbs. continuously during shifts; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, twisting, reaching, and other physical demands required for the role.
