City Barbeque’s Back of House (BOH) positions include Prep Cook, Boards (meat carver), Pits (working the smokers), and Dish Washer. We are looking for individuals who provide great hospitality, work efficiently and independently, can cross-train, maintain high food preparation standards, and contribute to the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work independently and efficiently; cross-training capability; adherence to proper recipes and procedures; commitment to food preparation standards and sanitation; proactive team player
