About: Carrols operates over 800 Burger King Restaurants and is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in leading the team, managing operations in the absence of a Manager, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and products according to Burger King standards.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; able to work in a fast-paced environment; possess basic computer skills; capable of physical demands including counting money accurately, carrying up to 40 pounds, and standing for extended periods; proficient in English reading and writing
