Position: Restaurant Shift Manager – Full Time (Horseshoe Baltimore)
About: The Restaurant Shift Manager assists the Restaurant General Manager with the overall activities of the restaurant operation, including prep and service. This role involves managing the day-to-day operation of the Lounge, establishing training programs, maintaining controls for profitability, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service, and overseeing personnel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; effective communication in English, both verbal and written form; previous work experience in a high caliber Lounge; experience in a high-volume establishment with strong food and beverage knowledge; ability to analyze data for reports; flexibility to work various shifts; proficiency in computer programs including Word, Excel, Windows, and LMS.
