Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols is a company that owns and operates over 800 Burger King Restaurants, seeking great leaders to join their team as Shift Supervisors. The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in managing daily operations, inspiring and guiding staff, handling paperwork, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; able to work in a fast-paced environment; physical demands including counting money accurately, reading and writing in English, carrying up to 40 pounds regularly, basic computer skills, remaining on feet for several hours, and physical agility
