Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants and is seeking enthusiastic Shift Supervisors to join their team. The Shift Supervisors play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, inspiring and guiding staff, managing inventory, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service and food quality standards.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; able to work in a fast-paced environment with a team; physical demands include counting money accurately, reading and writing in English, carrying up to 40 pounds regularly, basic computer skills, remaining on feet for several hours, and reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing.
