Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants and is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, inspiring and guiding staff, managing inventory, completing daily paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction by upholding Burger King’s standards.
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team; physical demands include counting money accurately, reading and writing in English, carrying up to 40 pounds regularly, basic computer skills, remaining on feet for several hours at a time, and being able to reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press.
