Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant with a focus on fresh ingredients and a mission to nourish and inspire every team member, guest, and community served. They are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join their team, working together to motivate, coach, and lead alongside their teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous management or leadership experience preferred; customer service experience preferred; ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead with a strong focus on food safety and cleanliness; excellent communication and organizational skills; must be at least 18 years old
