Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Carrols, owning and operating over 800 Burger King Restaurants, is seeking dedicated Shift Supervisors to join their team. The Shift Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success at the restaurant level, driving team performance and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; physical capabilities including accurate money handling, English literacy, lifting up to 40 pounds, basic computer skills, and prolonged standing; flexibility in scheduling
