Position: Restaurant Shift Manager
About: Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant with a focus on real ingredients, offering fresh and wholesome food to guests. They are currently seeking a Shift Manager to join their team and lead, motivate, and work alongside their dedicated teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous management or leadership experience preferred; customer service experience preferred; ability to provide an exceptional experience to guests and team members; strong leadership in maintaining food safety standards and cleanliness; excellent communication and delegation skills; ability to meet physical requirements of the position; availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts; minimum age of 18 years old
