Position: Restaurant Shift Manager

Requirements: 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting; Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security; Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level; Understanding of financial aspects of business operations; Food handler certification preferred; Willingness to work flexible hours
