Position: Restaurant Shift Leader

Compensation for this role includes $15.00/hour plus an excellent tip share program, with Restaurant Shift Supervisors averaging almost $4/hour in tip earnings. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience required; ability to think strategically and act tactically; ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate front-line employees successfully; capability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations; must be at least 18 years old
