Position: Restaurant Shift Lead at WOB – Fayetteville
About: WOB Bar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Shift Lead to join their team. This key employee will be responsible for leading a shift for a World of Beer location, meeting or exceeding established shift goals, and developing World of Beer staff. While not a manager, this role is an extension of management and provides a great opportunity to learn management skills for career advancement. An organized individual with an approachable demeanor is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements: 2-3 years of previous hospitality/food service industry experience resulting in success; ability to lead a team in a positive way; history of maintaining high levels of restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards; understanding of how to lead a shift productively; Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification required within 30 days of hire; proof of eligibility to work in the United States
