Position: Restaurant Server Waitstaff
About: Belmont Village Glenview is currently seeking Part-Time Dining Room Servers for their establishment located at 2200 Golf Road, Glenview, IL 60025. The servers will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service to residents and guests in their on-site restaurant, assisting with special events and celebrations, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and sanitation.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older; Proficient in written and verbal English; Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on position; Interest in working with aging population; Prior experience as a dining room server in a fast casual or fine dining restaurant; Value and personal fulfillment in serving or working with the senior population; Self-directed with strong active listening and efficient time management skills; Initiative taker, dependable, and hard-working
